Usage Directions
Cook ½ cup toor dal until soft and add 1 cup chopped vegetables. Stir in 1–2 tbsp tamarind extract, salt to taste, and 1½–2 tsp Rasikan Sambhar Masala. Simmer on low heat for 7–10 minutes. Finish with a light tempering of mustard seeds and red chilli and serve hot.
