Usage Directions
Heat ghee in a pan and sauté whole spices9cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves) with vegetables. Add tomato base (and curd if desired) and cook until the raw aroma disappears. Lower the flame, add Rasikan Biryani Masala and mix gently without burning.
Layer with cooked basmati rice, sprinkle saffron milk or kewra water if desired, cover, and cook on low heat (dum) to develop a rich biryani aroma. Garnish with coriander
